Please take the time to provide me with the following information so that I can be as accurate in
my reply as possible. It is my intention to assist you by providing an up-to-date look of your properties Competitive
Circle in the marketplace today based on the information you provide me below. This will include competitive
properties that are Active, Pending and Closed along with detailed information and photos of these properties where available.
This should allow you to formulate an unbiased "Snap-Shot" of where your property is positioned today
in the Southeast Florida marketplace.
I usually take the time to respond to requests several times a day. If you would like to contact me
