Coral Ridge Towers “Original” is located on Fort Lauderdale’s Barrier
Island, Coral Ridge Towers commands magnificent views of the
Intracoastal waterway, the City of Fort Lauderdale and the
Atlantic Ocean. Minutes from the world famous Galt Mile beach,
Coral Ridge Towers is nestled directly on Florida’s Intracoastal
waterway and otherwise framed by lush landscaping and ample
parking. Coral Ridge Towers architecturally advantageous “T”
design (a bi-winged central tower) comfortably accommodates 22
residences on each of its 15 occupied floors. Coral Ridge Towers

age or older”, Coral Ridge Towers is in compliance with the
“Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988” and the “Housing
for Older Persons Act of 1995” (as either may be
amended or renumbered from time to time) by providing
“housing for older persons”. As indicated by statute, a
minimum of 80% of the apartments must be owned and occupied by
persons 55 years of age or older. As such, up to 20% of the
apartments can be owned and occupied by persons less than 55
years of age without affecting full compliance. However, persons
under 18 years of age are prohibited as permanent residents.

x 60’ heated outdoor pool overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway,
24-hour hi-tech security (including closed-circuit TV), large
Community Room, Board Room, Bike Storage Room, Storage Lockers
for decorations and luggage, Library, Direct TV, Shuffleboard
Court, a Putting Green, and Laundry and Trash Facilities on each
floor. Washing Machines and Dryers have been recently approved
for installation inside apartments of shareholder-occupants
provided that proper equipment and authorization are obtained.
