The Venetian is a luxury condominium ideally
situated on prestigious Las Olas Circle, just west
of the intersection of A1A and Las Olas Boulevard
and east of the Intracoastal Waterway. The condo
was built in 1967 and has recently undergone an
aggressive refurbishment. The common interior spaces
are currently being completely updated. The
building has 15 floors with 17 units on each and a
penthouse level with 5 units. Some units have been
connected by owners. There are one to four bedroom
condominiums in The Venetian. Common facilities
