2)  After the owner signs the “Contract To Lease” then you will be sent a “Lease” to sign contingent upon Condo Association approval.

3)  Next you need to complete an application for that specific Condo Association.

4)  The next step will be for you to deliver, directly to the Condo Association, the application for Condo Association approval.

5)  When you are approved, about 2 weeks in most cases, we will then make an appointment for the final walk-through and you will take possession of the unit according to the “Lease”.
